A new way to learn SuperMate

Mar 23, 2017, 16:53 PM

New to SuperMate and need to learn the ropes? Or have a new staff member starting?

Then check out our new training plan, which offers a three-step approach to help you practice common tasks and gain confidence using SuperMate features.

Step 1 – Discover - Watch a training video

The Guided Learning centre offers a range of training videos, all featuring an interactive table of contents and a pdf handout, which forms part of a working manual. In starting your learning journey, we recommend viewing the videos featured at the top of the Guided Learning page.

Step 2 – Play – Learn how to do tasks in a safe environment

Sandpit and the associated learning tools represent a training environment which clients can access over a three-week period. The learner guides include a number of scenarios letting you enter funds, add data, create tasks and make errors as you learn. Sandpit enrolment is available via the Guided Learning page or by emailing training@supermate.com.au

Step 3 – Share - Participate in a webinar

As part of the three-week training period we offer regular weekly webinars, designed for learners to come together, join in the discussion, or ask a question about a particular task or activity. When enrolling (via the link on the Guided Learning page), please also submit a learner’s request to help us plan and tailor each webinar to your needs.

How to find the Guided Learning centre

Login to SuperMate, go to Help menu (located at the top-right of the screen) and choose ‘SuperMate Help’. This launches a new screen which includes the Guided Learning centre. Or go directly to the page from the link at the bottom of the SuperMate homepage.

Want to extend your team’s capabilities or use of SuperMate?
