Supporting our customers during COVID-19
I wanted to personally update you on our Business Continuity Plan as we deal with this evolving situation surrounding COVID-19.
Our Business Continuity Plan is aligned with the advice provided by Australian Government Department of Health, State Health Authorities, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and AMP.
SuperConcepts is conducting ongoing reviews to determine if additional measures are needed to maintain our existing service levels, however we do ask for your understanding as we navigate this rapidly changing situation.
Our Business Continuity Plan framework aims to ensure:
- The safety of our people and visitors to our office
- Support ongoing service levels subject to the evolving nature of the situation, and we do expect updated operational changes in response to changing information
- Continued discussions with the ATO to understand the impacts on this year’s lodgement program
We have no planned shutdown periods or office closures, however this is dependent on Government advice as the situation evolves. We will continue to update you on our response to any mandated changes.
Our offices in each state remain operational, and you can continue contacting your SuperConcepts representative using your preferred communication platform. To minimise risk we are limiting all non-urgent meetings to phone calls or skype where possible.
That covers everything for now. I wanted to let you know that we are confident in our Business Continuity Plan and are monitoring the situation to make adjustments where needed.
