How we use your registration information

In registering for an event you are required to supply us with certain information including your email address. By registering, you agree that we may use your information to contact you about that event and our other services.

Postponement & cancellation

There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone or cancel an event (e.g. insufficient demand), in which case we'll provide seven days' notice to those who've registered.

If postponed you'll be invited to attend the new date. If the date is not suitable for you we will provide a refund of any fees paid.

If cancelled you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Customer cancellation

Customers can cancel their attendance.

Where fees have been paid:

  • You will receive a full refund if you cancel with more than four weeks’ notice
  • You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the start date
  • You will not receive a refund if you cancel with less than two weeks’ notice
