SuperConcepts is pleased to announce Lara Bourguignon as its permanent CEO effective April 15.
Ms Bourguignon has extensive experience within the finance and superannuation sector in executive level positions. Most recently directing customer experience at AMP. She is a qualified accountant and brings more than 20 years’ experience including running end-to-end businesses and has been recognised for her consistent delivery of outstanding customer experience.
Ms Bourguignon said she looked forward to maintaining SuperConcepts’ leadership role in the SMSF sector.
“SuperConcepts is in a very strong position to continue driving innovations for our customers,” she said.
“This is a talented group at the forefront of driving favourable outcomes for SMSF trustees, and I look forward to continuing the outstanding work we are known for in our sector,” said Ms Bourguignon.
SuperConcepts Chair Richard Grellman thanked Mr Urquhart the current interim CEO.
“Our deepest thanks go to Adrian for providing stability and continuity while a CEO was appointed,” he said.
Mr Urquhart thanked the SuperConcepts board and staff and looked forward to his next challenge.
“It was a privilege to have led such a great organisation for an interim period knowing they will continue a strong leadership and advocacy role for SMSF trustees,” he said.
The SuperConcepts business is part of AMP’s Australian Wealth Management division led by Alex Wade.
