We wish to advise all our valued clients that the SuperConcepts Sydney office at Level 17/2 Chifley Square will be relocating on December 14. 

The Sydney and Melbourne SuperConcepts physical offices remain closed to the public after shutting down because of the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigation and management protocols that have followed in 2020. 

A date when these offices will re-open is yet to be determined as we monitor official health and government advice around the country. 

The decision has been made to relocate the SuperConcepts Sydney office during this shutdown period and from December 14 our Sydney operations will be running out of Level 7, 33 Alfred St, Circular Quay. All our existing contact numbers and other details will remain the same, it is only the physical address that will change. 

SuperConcepts General Manager, Operations & Customer Service Kevin Sudlow said the decision to make the move now was to ensure there were minimal disruptions in the future. 

"While there is still no certainty over COVID-19 and 2021 it is our hope that we will return to some form of normality in Australia next year and we will be able to re-open our Sydney and Melbourne offices to our valued clients in the near future," he said. 

"That is certainly the goal we are working towards and we are keenly monitoring all government and health advice so that we can aim for our offices to re-open to the public sooner rather than later. In the meantime, we saw an opportunity to use this time to undertake this relocation during a period of minimal disruption."
