After two years of guiding SuperConcepts through a transition period of growth and improvement CEO Lara Bourguignon has announced she will be standing down from her role and will finish at the end of 2020 to pursue new professional opportunities.

SuperConcepts chairman Stuart Forsyth thanked Lara for everything she has achieved in her time as CEO, including rolling out significant improvements to the SuperMate platform, the internal workflow system, managing the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to a flexible workforce and elevating the SuperConcepts Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 41.5 per cent in just over 12 months.

Mr Forsyth said that the search for her replacement is already underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
